Happy New Year! I’m so thankful to celebrate another year. Wishing you all the best that life has to offer. Thank you for following my blog and sharing my beauty passion.

Sometimes, we come across those “little” things in life that we are extremely fond of. These little nail stickers make the list of things I’m fond of. I created a remix of my original manicure and now, I’d like to know, which manicure has your vote!
Will you pick China Glaze-Platinum Silver, Zoya-Carly or Wet N Wild-Lethal Injection?
E5F45CE8-341E-48A8-88FC-DFF677BBB88340.jpgWith this Bling…I thee wed! Check out these fun little “BLING” stickers by Nail Bliss that I picked up from Sally’s. You can glam up the entire hand or add an accent finger or two. I chose to cute a few pieces of the stickers to keep this from being too busy. The base color is “Platinum Silver” by China Glaze.
I’ll describe this as a gradient half-fish egg caviar looking manicure! FUN. FUN. FUN. Would your rock it or knock it?
Holo, Holo and mo’ Holo! I love holographic nail polish. Initially I missed the “buffing step” and wasn’t sure how I felt about the application.
Now, I know what I’m doing! So, hello holo. It’s nice to really meet you.
I used Orly Decoded for the base. The holographic nail polish is Mermaid Spell by Layla Cosmetics. It’s available at Ulta.
It’s back to school time! Everyone is grabbing their notebooks, backpacks pens and pencils and heading to the classroom. Shopping for school supplies is a great way to get folks motivated, right? If you’re wondering what I’m doing for back to school… I’m helping my baby sister get ready to move into her dorm next weekend. She’s a college freshman!
I’m wishing everyone an inspired school year, semester or learning season. Let me know what you think about these back to school notebook paper and chalkboard nails.

It’s a celebration! We are celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary this weekend. Of course we went down memory lane and enjoyed the pictures taken by or AMAZING photographer Miguel Pola. There are so many details to enjoy that sometimes it’s like looking at the photo for the first time.
My wedding was one of the RARE occasions that someone else actually did my nails. I was exhausted and thus slept through the manicure and pedicure. I remember his name is Lee and he was close to the LAX airport. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the name of the shop. He did a wonderful job and this was the longest time a french manicure lasted on my natural nails (other than gel).
So here are my wedding nails!
Saturday I was involved in a friendly “marital kidnapping”. We were supposed to be running to the store. It was a quick trip so work out clothes and flip flops is acceptable attire, right? No lipgloss was worn, just Oakley shades and chapstick. After the agreed upon “quick trip” the car went left instead of right. I squinted and raised an eyebrow. HOW did we end up at a local car show, for hours? Fortunately, I love cars & spending time with my Mr.
So, the his & her paint is always a car show topic. He describes the candy paint and the color schematics…and I describe what shade that translates to in Nail Polish Land, the country I’m from (yes, I’m laughing). Here’s a 1965 Buick Riviera. A beautiful old school classic car in a paint called “Butter Cream”. THIS IS HIS PAINT. I smiled and pointed out that this is also a dupe for OPI’s “Skull & Glossbones. THIS IS HER PAINT.
This my friends is true love! Polish on everyone. Polish on.
